Staff Selection Commission conducted the Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier- I) 2017 through Online Mode. The SSC CGL Tier I was conducted from 05th to 24th August 2017 at various Centres all over the country. As per the SSC, total number of 15,43,418 candidates appeared in the exams
The tentative dates for ( Tier-II + Tier-III ) examination are changed from 21st Dec`17 to 24th Dec`17.
Steps to check SSC CGL Tier 1 2017 result after they are announced:
- Open SSC official website: www.ssc.nic.in
- Click on the "Result" tab.
- Click on "CGL" tab.
- You will find SSC CGL Tier I 2017 result PDF
- To check whether you have qualified the exam or not, students can download the PDF – Press ctrl+f and add your roll no.

Important Note: Many of you are confused regarding Paper I,
Paper II, Paper III and Paper IV. These all papers are taken under SSC CGL Tier
II Exam.
Paper-I & II are compulsory for all the categories of
posts (Group of Posts: B & D).
Paper-III is only for those candidates who have applied for
the post of Statistical Investigator Gr.II & Compiler (Group of Posts:C).
Paper IV is only for those candidates who have applied for
the post of Assistant Audit Officer (Group of Posts: A).
